After you have cooked your recipe of choice bake your pizza shell for 7-10 minutes. Let it cool completely and transfer it to a tray you will put in the freezer. Wrap it and allow it freeze on the tray. Double wrap tightly to ward off ice crystals and it will keep for up to two months. If you want to freeze your pizza already made then put on your ingredients but skip the pepperoni and sausage until your are ready to reheat it. When you rebake do not thaw your pizza but just loosen foil and bake at 375 degrees.
